对临床护理人员“入壶”给药认识及使用情况的调查

摘　　要：目的：了解临床护理人员对“入壶”给药的认识及使用状况。方法利用自行设计的输液器“入壶给药”调查表，以不记名方式向310名临床护士进行问卷调查，将调查结果进行统计分析。结果护理人员对输液器滴斗的称谓多种，主要以“Murphy＇s Dropper”的译名为主，均与国家标准和国际标准不统一；310名被调查者中298名（96．13％）认可“入壶”并均有实际操作经历，其中246名（82.55％）曾经以“入壶”代替静脉注射；只有12名（3．87％）对“入壶”操作持否定态度；全部310名被调查者对“入壶”所给药物的浓度变化过程、冲净所给药物需要的液体量等均不能给出确切数值。结论对输液器滴斗的称谓需要统一到国家标准与国际标准；护士对“入壶”的了解不全面，“入壶”不能完全代替静脉注射，以此方式给药需要慎重。Objective To study the status of the usage and the awareness of drip chamber in the application in administration of medicine .Methods The self-designed questionnaire about drip chamber used for administration of medicine was used to survey 310 nurses.Results There were different kinds of appellations for the drip chamber , among with the “Murphy＇s Dropper” was used the most , and it was not in line with the national and the international standards .298 nurses （ 96.13%） in the survey accepted and used the drip chamber for administration of medicine .246 nurses （82.55%） replaced the intravenous injection by the drip chamber for administration of medicine .Only 12 nurses were opposed to the drip chamber for administration of medicine.All the respondents failed to give the exact answer of drug concentration changes and the amount of electrolyte solution used for rinsing drip set .Conclusions The application of drip chamber should be standardized by national and international standards .Nurses fail to fully recognize the way of using drip chamber for medicine, so it cannot be replaced completely by the intravenous injection .
