摘 要:传统的减速器设计以设计者的经验为基础,设计方案往往不是最优的,而对于三级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的设计,这一缺点更突出。为保证齿轮的承载能力和性能规格,实现三级减速器的体积、重量最小,文中以优化设计理论为指导,以各级齿轮中心距之和最小为目标函数,通过变量的选取、约束条件的确定,建立了三级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计数学模型,借助MATLAB优化工具箱寻优计算,简化了复杂的编程,提高了设计效率和质量。The traditional reducer design is based on the experience of the designer. The scheme of the design is usually not optima1. For the design of three-stage helical cylindrical gear reducer, this shortcoming is more obvious. In order to ensure the carrying capacity and performance specifications of the gear and obtain the minimum value of the volume and the weight,this article used the minimum of every stage central distances in three-stage helical cylindrical gear redactor as objective function based on optimal design theory.Through selection of design variables and confirmation of restraint conditions,the mathematical model of the optimal design for three-grade helical cylindrical gear redactor was set up.MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to calculate the optimal solution,which simplifies the computer programs and enhances the design efficiency and quality.
