摘　　要：目的：探讨舒适护理模式在鼻咽癌放疗患者中的应用。方法对88例鼻咽癌放疗患者实施舒适护理，观察疗效。结果卓有成效的控制和减轻了放疗带来的诸多痛苦，使鼻咽癌放疗病人在生理、心理、社会、灵魂上缩短、降低了不愉快的程序，一定程度的达到了最愉悦的状态。结论实施舒适护理，不仅使放疗患者达到了最佳的治疗效果，减轻了放疗带来的不良反应，而且提高了患者的生存质量，确实值得借鉴和应用。Objective to study the application of comfortable nursing model in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy treatment. Methods 88 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy were implemented comfortable nursing, then the curative effects were observed. Results the comfortable nursing model can effectively control and reduce the pain of radiotherapy, and the physiological, psychological, social and soul unpleasant procedures were shortened and reduced in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy to reach a certain degree of most pleasant state.Conclusion it can not only achieve the best treatment effect and reduce the adverse reactions of radiotherapy, but also improve the patient＆#39;s quality of life by implementing comfortable nursing on patients treated with radiotherapy. it is really worthy of reference and application.
