摘　　要：通过业务流程分析、系统总体结构设计、关键技术突破,设计并实现了基于云服务的仿真培训平台。该平台具有信息集成、高效管理、多方共享、复杂报表输出等功能特点,创造了良好的网络学习环境,可以有效地提高培训质量,提高学员的学习兴趣和学习主动性。The platform is developed after investigating and collecting the detailed information of the training business ,through business process analysis ,system structure design ,key technological breakthrough ,the design and implementation of the platform have been accomplished .Many functionality characteristics such as information integration , efficient management , various parties sharing , complex report output are implemented .Creating a good network learning environment can arouse learner’s interest and improve the quality of education technology training ,and improve student’s interest in learning as well .
