高校化工实验室安全环境建设的探索与思考

摘　　要：实验室是高等院校从事教学科研工作的阵地,实验室的安全环境是决定实验室能否顺利运行的重中之重。为了进一步提高高校实验室安全环境的管理水平,从清华大学化工系实验室安全管理的实践出发,分别从实验室安全规章制度的完善、安全队伍的建设、安全器械及措施的创新、安全检查的规范、实验室分级管理及安全教育与培训等方面进行了深入阐述,并对实验室未来管理模式的改革进行了初步展望。The laboratory is the most important work place for teaching and research in colleges and universities .Especially ,safety and environment of laboratory is a key point whether the laboratory could run successfully .In order to improve the level of college safety and environmental management in laboratories , according to our practice in Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University ,this paper illustrates systematically safety and environment management in perspective of the laboratory regulation ,management team construction , safe equipment modification and innovation , safety examination regime , level to level management ,safety education and training .Furthermore ,the reform of laboratory management in future is discussed .
