摘 要:根据粉煤灰加气混凝土的差热分析(TGMDSC)确定了粉煤灰加气混凝土的煅烧温度。经煅烧活化后的粉煤灰加气混凝土遇水有大量Ca2+溶出,具有再水化反应的能力。将不同温度煅烧后的粉煤灰加气混凝土作为水泥混合材,取代标准胶砂试块中的30%水泥,进行强度对比发现,经750℃煅烧后的粉煤灰加气混凝土掺入试块可提高早期强度,3d、7d强度分别达到标准试块的103.3%和113.6%;长期性能不受影响,365d强度达到106.4%。改变取代量进行研究后发现,取代量在15%内,3d强度均达到标准试块的116%。研究结果表明,经煅烧活化后的粉煤灰加气混凝土可作为水泥混合材使用,有助于提高试块的早期强度。The calcination temperature of fly-ash autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is confirmed by TGA/DSC. Fly-ash AAC has chemical reaction ability when it is heated at 745℃ which can hydrolyze Ca2+ ions in water. Cal- cined fly-ash AAC is used as mixture material to replaced 30% cement, and the influence of different temperature on compressive strength is reasearched. The results show that calcined fly-ash at 750℃ can improve the early strength of blocks, the compressive strength ratios at 3d and 7d reach 103.31% and 113.55%, the compressive strength ratio at 365d up to 106.42%.When the replacement rate within 15%, the compressive strength ratio at 3d reached 116% compared with standard block.The results prove that fly-ash AAC calcined at 750℃ can be used as admixture in cement and concrete, and has contribution to the early strength of blocks.
