摘 要:CIPS系统集信息集成、技术集成、功能集成、管控集成、系统集成优势,是目前全路编组站管理中,处于领先地位的应用系统。苏家屯站以CIPS系统为基础,全面开展CIPS系统在既有编组站改造的探索,从计划指挥入手,实现阶段计划自动编制、调车计划自动生成、车流自动推算、作业图表自动铺画,进而实现行车自控、调车自控、本务机车自控,大幅减轻工作量的同时,也提升了编组站的运输安全。The CIPS system has advantages of information integration, technologies integration, functions integration, control and management integration and systems integration. At present, it is an application system for the railway marshalling station management in the lead position. Reconstruction of the existing marshalling station of Sujiatun railway station is carried out based on the CIPS system. Starting from the program command, it can achieve automatic stage planning, automatic generation of shunting plans, automatic calculation of car flow and automatic drawing of operation flow chart, so as to realize the automatic traffi c control, automatic shunting control and automatic locomotive control, which will not only greatly reduce the workload, but also enhance the marshalling station transportation safety.
