脑外伤患者预防及治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的分析

摘　　要：目的对脑外伤后上呼吸机患者预防及治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的措施进行总结研究。方法对2013年1月至2014年1月80例脑外伤后上呼吸机患者进行强化预防措施。结果14例患者死亡，63例患者安全脱机。3例患者呼吸机相关性肺炎治疗无效死亡。结论在呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防及治疗中，加大重视力度和严格执行工作流程起着决定性作用。Objective Measures of traumatic brain injury on the ventilator in the prevention and treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the study. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014 80 patients after traumatic brain injury who were to strengthen preventive measures. Results 14 patients died, 63 cases of patient safety is offline, the treatment of 3 cases of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia and died. Conclusions The prevention and treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia, greater emohasis on strength and strict imolementation of work flow plavs a decisive role in.
