摘　　要：介绍了改革开放以来我国林业已利用的世界银行、亚州开发银行、欧州投资银行、欧盟及全球基金等国际金融组织贷赠款项目及利用情况。到目前为止,贷款金额达13.72亿美元,4.67亿欧元;在我国23个省(市、区)累计造林面积405.02万hm2,抚育更新面积144.27万hm2。国际金融组织贷款项目极大地促进了区域经济又好又快发展,推动了林业转型发展,保障了生态和木材安全,增加了森林资源储备,促进了减贫增收。今后要在工作方式转变和落实工作环节上再进一步加强。The paper introduces the forestry in China since the reform and opening up has been using the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, the European Investment Bank, the European Union, the Global Fund and other international financial organizations loan grant program, the amount of S1.372 billion, 467 miUion euros, in China＇s 23 provinces （city） the cumulative afforestation area of 4.0502 million hm：, tending to update an area of 1.4427 million hm2. International financial organizations loan project greatly into the sound and rapid regional economic development, promote the transformation of forestry development, ensure the security of the ecological and timber, increased the forest resource reserve, promotes the increase in the income of poverty reduction. In the future we must further to change the ways and carry out the work in the way of working process.
