摘　　要：东噶·洛桑赤列教授的《论西藏政教合一制度》是我国第一部系统研究西藏政教合一制度的专著,该书引用大量珍贵藏文文献,以历史唯物主义和辩证唯物论的观点详细论述了西藏政教合一制度产生、发展和衰亡的历史,是藏族史研究方面一部具有里程碑意义的重要著作。The book of 《On the Theocracy of Tibet》is the first book which deals with the political system of theocracy in Tibet based on the theory of historical materialism and dialectical materialism. The formation and decline of this peculiar system are investigated and this monograph has become the mile stone on the road of modren Tibetan studies.
