当代中国道德生活困境的生活秩序溯源

摘　　要：当代中国道德生活面临诸多问题,体现社会主义道德的制度没有完全成为有效的生活秩序,真正发挥作用的一些生活秩序却与主流价值观念相违背。其原因在于:道德要求泛化、道德空场的存在以及多元文化并存使社会主义道德的秩序性转化受阻;制度设计不足,尤其是制度执行不力,使制度的有效性不足;不良社会习俗的存在使社会习俗的价值导向偏失。There are many problems in our moral life, such as the systems that embody socialist morality haven＇t been transformed effectively to the life-order, while the really effective order is contrary to the mainstream moral values. The reason is that, firstly, the moral demand is generalized, and the existence of moral vacuum and multi-culture makes it stalled to transform the socialist morality to life order. Secondly, the lack of institutional design, especially the weak execution of the institution, makes the system lack effectiveness. Lastly, the poor social habit makes the value guidance deviate from the right direction.
