摘　　要：改革开放以来,粤港澳金融合作历经了从早期的"前店后厂"金融合作方式到中期的"金融产业内部合作"方式再到近期的"金融中心圈层合作"方式的演进历程;通过回顾粤港澳金融合作的现实发展脉络,梳理三地的政策变迁及研究历程,从而归纳并总结出现实、政策与研究在粤港澳金融合作中的内在的逻辑联系,对粤港澳金融合作提出研究展望。After the reform and opening-up, the financial cooperation between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao has experienced a revolution, namely transferring from a financial cooperation model of ＂store in the front, factory in the back＂ in the early stage to a midterm model of cooperation within the financial industry and then to a recent model of financial center circle. This paper conducts a review of such a development process and changes of financial policies, makes an analysis of the theoretical research results in this area, and summarizes the inherent logical connection between reality, policy and theory. In the end, it points out the prospect of the financial cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
