摘　　要：在经济金融全球化的背景下,我国跨境资本流动呈现出双向流动趋势,并对我国经济金融运行产生了冲击和影响。本文分析了我国跨境资本流动现状及其对经济金融的效应,并在借鉴国外经验的基础上提出构建宏观审慎管理框架下跨境资本流动管理的相关建议。In the context of economic and financial globalization, China’s cross-border capital flows show a two-way flow trends, and have certain impact and influence on China’s economy and finance. This paper analyzes the status quo of cross-border capital flows and their effects on the economy and finance. Based on the foreign experience, the paper gives the suggestions to make the cross-border capital flow management.under the macro-prudential regulatory framework.
