摘　　要：新世纪随着教育制度的日益发展完善,我国高校的规模纷纷扩张,由此引起的毕业生人数的急剧增长带来了日益严峻的就业问题。与此同时,由于金融危机前后国际经济形势的转变,众多海外中国留学生纷纷选择归国发展,无疑更加剧了现有的就业难题。促进留学生的就业,要从培养留学生自身的高素质出发,并通过努力建构完善的人才评价体系,改进就业、创业环境,增加政府的政策支持等多方面入手。With the development of the education system in this century, the scale of universities in China have expanded, the number of graduates is increasing what makes the employment problem serious. At the same time, due to the changes in the international economic situation after the financial crisis, many overseas Chinese students have chosen to return, which no doubt makes the employment problem worse. In this paper, based on the situation of the overseas student, the influence factor of the employment problem is studied. And then we make advices on policy changes based on research findings, such as developing the quality of themselves, making the employment environment perfect, strengthening the support of entrepreneurship policy.
