摘  要:采用专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,以洪山体育中心为调查对象,从调查对象的基本情况、公共服务满意度情况、影响公共服务满意度的因素等方面对大型体育场馆公共服务满意度进行分析。研究表明:中心健身人群相对比较稳定;健身者对中心总体公共服务质量比较满意,但仍存在部分项目满意度较低现象;年龄、月收入、所在单位性质等人口统计学因素对公共服务满意度有一定影响,但硬件部分对其影响最大。提出场馆管理机构注意丰富服务内容、满足消费者多元化消费需求;完善配套服务设施、增设体育健身设施;提高服务品质、增强场馆软实力;公开场馆服务成本、提高场馆价格透明度;引导与限制相结合、缓解客流拥挤现象等建议,以提高大型体育场馆公共体育服务的满意度。In this paper, the present condition, the public service satisfaction and the influencing factors of Hongshan Sport Centre in Wuhan City were studied through expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. It was shown that the amount of people taking physical activities was stable and most people were satisfied with the overall quali- ty of the public service. The age, monthly income and employer influenced people's satisfaction with the public service sat- isfaction. They were most concerned about whether the facilities were good. In order to improve the stadium service quali- ty, it was suggested that stadium management agencies should enrich the content of service to meet the diversified con- sumer demand, perfect service and sports fitness facilities, improve service quality, enhance the soft power; publicize the service cost, combine guidance and restriction, and ensure people could take physical exercises at the stadiums.
