不同材质的排球在垫球教学中的实验研究

摘　　要：在大学生排球垫球教学中,运用不同材质的排球进行教学实验对比,分别采用硬式排球教学和软式排球、硬式排球相结合的教学,实验的第二周、第四周对学习的效果进行对比.结果表明:软式、硬式排球相结合的教学效果较好,特别是在教学的初期阶段,软式、硬式排球相结合,非常有利于学生掌握垫球技术.建议在垫球教学中采用软式排球与硬式排球相结合的方法.In general college volleyball teaching ,using different teaching materials volleyball comparison experiments were performed volleyball teaching hard and soft volleyball ,volleyball hard ball first pad combines teaching ,experiment two weeks ,the fourth week of the study results were compared .The results showed that soft and hard volleyball teaching effec-tiveness of combining was better ,especially in the early stages of teaching ,soft and hard volleyball combined student mas-tery of technical mat ball effect was obvious advantages .Recommend the use of soft and hard volleyball method of combining teaching in volleyball digs.
