摘　　要：基于绿色建筑评价标准和《绿色能源与环境设计先锋奖一新建建筑2009》(LEED-NC 2009)在内容架构、评分方式、指标设计这三个层面的差异,构建了以评价路径为主体的对比体系,并对二者在地域特征、可操作性以及标准导向方面的适用性进行了研究。结论是绿色建筑评价标准较为契合中国国情,而LEED-NC 2009的可操作性和普适性较好,并且二者在内在导向和价值观方面存在不同。最后基于绿色建筑技术集成与建筑能效、环境负荷与使用质量之间的辩证关系,从整合完善、注重创新、细分标准三个方面就如何完善绿标体系提出了相关建议。Based on the differences of the framework,rating method and index design,this essay builds a comparison system of GBES and LEED- NC 2009 and further analyzes their applicability on regional characteristics,operability and aims.It concludes that GBES matches better with Chinese national conditions while LEED- NC has a better operability and universality,and they hold different inner aims and values.Then based on the dialectic relations between technology integration/ energy efficiency,and environmental acceptability/using quality of green buildings,it puts forward suggestions.
