广西区域经济发展差异时空变化分析

摘　　要：以广西14个地级市为研究对象,构建市域经济发展综合评价指标体系,利用2004-2012年的数据,根据TOPSIS计算出14个地级市各年的发展得分,从差异系数、权重变化、GIS时空波动等多个角度进行分析。结果表明,广西各地市经济发展差异波动较为显著,区域之间差距逐渐拉大,处于非均衡的空间分布状态,"局部高地"与"U"型裂谷并存成为广西经济发展不平衡的重要外在表现;随着"政策性推动"现象的延续,广西部分地区地缘优势得到发挥,区位价值不断提升,空间集聚效应显现,南宁市的核心地位日渐明显;广西"一超多强"的发展格局尚未形成,南宁、桂林、柳州的经济辐射能力有待增强,降低其极化效应成为重要难题;不同时期的区域发展战略是广西区域经济发展差异时空变化的关键驱动力。Taking 14 prefecture- level cities of Guangxi as the research object,this essay builds city＇ s economic development index system.Using data in 2004-2012 and the scores of the 14 cities by TOPSIS,this essay makes analysis of spatial and temporal evolution by GIS.Results show that：Firstly,differences of economic development of Guangxi fluctuate more remarkable,the regional development gap is gradually widened and appears in a non- equilibrium spatial distribution state,the coexistence of ＂ local height＂ and ＂ U＂ rift valley is a performance to the uneven economic development of Guangxi.Secondly,with the continuation of ＂ policy- driven＂,the geographic advantage gets to play gradually in some areas of Guangxi.The agglomeration effects appear in some areas and the pattern of ＂one superpower and multi — powers＂ has not formed.Thirdly,the radiation of cities such as Nanning,Guilin,and Liuzhou ought to be improved,and reduce the polarization effects become important problems.Finally,the regional development strategies are important driving forces that affect the evolvement of temporal — spatial pattern of economic differences of Guangxi.
