基于城乡统筹的沈阳白清寨旅游业发展研究

摘　　要：城乡统筹发展是一项事关我国经济社会健康发展的重大战略。沈阳白清寨位于城乡结合部,是城乡统筹重点区域。白清寨山清水秀,历史悠久,自然人文景观组合好,区位优越,政策给力;根据白清寨特点与条件提出其旅游发展理念和战略构想,规划了观光游赏、运动休闲、宗教朝觐、民俗体验、文化创意和康体养生等六大旅游产品体系;构造了一条产业大道,两大旅游景区,三大功能分区,四大龙头项目,三个主题小镇的旅游发展格局,对于白清寨的统筹发展具有重要意义。It is a matter of major strategy concerned of the healthy development in economy and society in China to integrate the planning of urban and rural areas .Baiqing Street located in the integration of the urban and rural areas of Shenyang ,w hich is an important distribution of the integration .Baiqing Street has a beautiful nature ,a long history ,a good combination of the nature and cultural landscapes ,an excellent location and a well policy strategy .Based on the characteristics and conditions of Baiqing Street ,the paper gives the development concept and strategic vision of the tourism ,w hich raised six tourism output systems：tourism ,sports and leisure ,religion ,folk experience ,cultural creativity and health and recreation . It also constructed the tourism development pattern ：a tourism industry avenue ,two tourist attractions , three functional areas ,four leading projects and three themes tow ns ,w hich is of great importance to the integrating development of Baiqing Street .
