摘　　要：目的探讨精密输液器预防儿科输液反应的效果。方法将2012年05月—09月笔者所在医院儿科收治的住院患者(年龄1个月至3岁)900例,随机分为试验组450例(使用精密输液器)和对照组450例(使用普通输液器),观察并比较两组输液反应发生率。结果试验组使用精密输液器时输液反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用精密输液器可以有效防止输液反应在儿童患者中的发生,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of the precise infusion set to prevent pediatric infusion reaction.Methods From May to September in 2012 the 900 pediatric patients in author＇s hospital（aged 1 month to 3yr.）were randomly divided into trial group（450 cases,using precise infusion set） and control group（450 cases,using routine infusion one）,the incidence rate of infusion reaction when using the two sets were observed and compared each with other. Results In infusion trial group,infusion reaction rate was lower than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Using the precise（filtering） infusion set can effectively prevent infusion reaction occurred in children,is worthy to be popularized.
