摘  要:镇雄电厂#1、2锅炉在试运投产初期,水冷壁超温严重,多次造成水冷壁泄漏,严重影响机组安全运行。针对水冷壁超温严重情况,在#1机组整套启动试运期间,对水冷壁超温情况进行仔细分析。从燃烧方向和水动力方向进行了大量试验,将水冷壁温度控制在正常范围内,提高机组的安全稳定性。The #1,2 boilers belonging to Zhenxiong Power Plant occurred Water-Wall Over-temperature, when they are put into use, which lead to leakage on the Water-Wall, causing effect on the safety operation of the boiler. In order to solve this problem, a detailed analysis of the Water-Wall Over-temperature problem was done when #1 boiler was starting. Many tests were done on the burning and water driven system, finding that in order to operate the boiler safely, it is neces-sary to control the Water-Wall temperature in a proper range.
