摘 要:针对声发射信号研究中声发射的有效信号特征如何区分、如何利用声发射多特征信息进行状态评判问题,以盾构岩机作用试验平台为研究背景,采集不同磨损程度的盾构滚刀声发射信号,将自适应滤波降噪及声发射检测结合用于盾构刀具检测;利用信息熵多特征融合技术评估刀具状态建立信息熵刀具磨损状态评估曲线,据刀具多特征融合后的信息熵及刀具磨损状态数据库可清楚了解盾构刀具磨损状况。The cutting-tool wear of shield machine has become a key problem that affects the engineering quality and progress.Acoustic emission (AE )as a nondestructive detection method has been widely applied in many kinds of fields.Acoustic emission signal which includes rich multi features information can reflect accurately the detected member state.In the study of acoustic emission signal,how to draw effective signal characteristics of acoustic emission and how to use the characteristic information to evaluate are hot research items at home and abroad.Based on a comprehensive experiment platform of rock and machine,and by acquiring emission signals of different levels of shield cutter wear,the adaptive filtering and acoustic emission detecting were applied to detect the wear of field shield cutter and the information entropy multi features fusion technology was used for wear state assessment.According to the wear information entropy and the comparison with that in the tool wear state database,the wear condition of shield cutter can be clearly understood.
