武陵山片区区域经济协同度的评价研究

摘　　要：构建区域经济子系统有序度模型和区域经济复合系统协同度模型,选择区域经济序参量,以武陵山片区为例评价不同区域之间的经济协同发展程度,并分析武陵山片区区域经济协同发展的趋势。结果表明,2007—2012年武陵山片区区域经济协同度的最大值为0.225,最小值为0.058,平均值为0.15,说明从整体上看,区域经济协同发展的程度不高,且在2012年,协同度开始出现了下降的趋势,但每个区域经济子系统的有序度历年来都呈上升的态势。最后,提出了在协调各区域经济发展基础上实现各区域功能整合发展的政策建议。An ordering degree of regional economic subsystem model and a synergistic degree of complex system model are constructed, and some order parameters of regional economy are selected in order to evaluate the synergistic degree between different regions of Wuling Mountain Contiguous Destitute District. Then the trend of synergistic development of regional economy of Wuling Mountain Contiguous Destitute District are analyzed. The results show that from 2007 to2012 the maximum synergistic degree is 0.225, the minimum is 0.058 and the average is 0.15, which indicate that the overall development of regional economy are not highly collaborative. What＇s more, the synergistic degree in 2012 begin to emerge downward trend. But the ordering degree of regional economic subsystem radiate upward trend continuously.Finally, some recommendations are put forward to realize functional integration of regions based on the coordination of regional economic development.
