摘 要:目的探讨同一个实验室内不同的仪器检测同一个项目的结果之间有无可比性。方法依据美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)EP9-A文件,分别使用ABBOTTI2000和ABBOTTAxsym全自动化学发光仪同时检测40例血清HCY浓度水平,对两种不同检验仪器测定的两组结果进行回归分析和偏倚分析。结果两台仪器测定血清同型半胱氨酸的相关系数(r)为0.9998,回归方程为y=0.9846x-0.0443,在医学决定水平处得预期相对偏差为1.7%、1.6%,两台仪器检测结果之间具有很好的相关性。结论当同一个实验室内有两台仪器检测同一项目时,必须对两种方法检测的结果进行相关性分析和偏倚评估,以确保两台仪器测定同一项目时的结果具有可比性和一致性。Objective To explore the comparability of the results between different instruments in the same laboratory. Methods Forty patients were included. The HCY in serum was detected by ABBOTT I2000 and ABBOTT Axsym separately and the results were studied by correlation coefficient analysis. Results The results showed that the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.9998 and its regression equation was y=0.9846x-0.0443. The expected relative deviations were 1.7% and 1.6% respectively at medical decision level. There was closely correlation between the results from the two different machines. Conclusion When different instruments are used to detect the same project in one lab, the correlation analysis and bias evaluation should be carried out to ensure the comparability and consistency of the different instruments.
