摘  要:本文采用熔融共混法制备PP/云母复合材料,通过自制紫外老化箱研究PP/云母复合材料紫外老化性能,并借助SEM照片等手段进行表征,研究表明:PP/云母复合材料拉伸强度、弯曲模量、弯曲强度都随云母含量的增加而增大,云母含量高达40%时,复合材料的强度都还有上升的趋势;云母的加入使得聚丙烯具有很明显抗紫外老化性能,其复合材拉伸强度和缺口冲击韧性的保持率近高达95%以上,UVB光辐照800 h内对复合材料力学性起到一定促进作用,这主要是由于云母片层结构产生偏光和干涉效应而导致。PP/mica composites were prepared by melt blending,and then their anti ultraviolet aging were studied by homemade UV aging box,characterized by SEM photos,etc.Results showed that the tensile strength,flexural modulus and flexural strength of PP /mica composites were increased with the growing mica content.When mica content was up to 40 %,the strength of the composite material kept an upward trend.Evidently,mica could improve the anti UV aging of polypropylene so that the retention rates of the composites for the tensile strength and notched impact toughness were over 95 %.UVB irradiation in 800 h played an important role in promotion of the mechanical property of PP /mica,which was mainly due to the polarization and interference effects caused by the layer structure of mica.
