摘　　要：选取猪粪,牛粪为例,以日本大平二号蚓作为蚓种,初步探讨研究蚯蚓对家畜粪便的分解。将收集回来的猪粪和牛粪分别经过发酵处理后,把它们作为蚯蚓的饲料,并分出六个不同的湿度,以便探究湿度对蚯蚓取食分解家畜粪便的影响。经过30 d的养殖和湿度保持后结束实验。实验结果表明,蚯蚓的体重有明显的增加,并有一定的繁殖现象,证明了蚯蚓能够取食分解家畜粪便;不同的湿度对蚯蚓取食分解家畜粪便的影响很大;保持适当的湿度,满足蚯蚓生活对温度的要求就能使蚯蚓通过取食家畜粪便对家畜粪便进行分解。在蚯蚓对家畜粪便取食分解的过程中,蚯蚓既消耗了家畜粪便,自身得到了生长,又能够排出物理、化学、和生物特性俱佳的蚯蚓粪便。A preliminary study of decomposition of earthworm on livestock manure was conducted by feeding pig manure and cow dung to the Japanese No.2 big flat as vermis.When fermenting the collected livestock manure,pig manure and cow dung were used to feed earthworm in six different kinds of humidity so as to know the humidity effects on feeding and decomposition of earthworm.After breeding and humidity maintenance for thirty days,the experiment was completed.The results suggested that earthworm significantly gained its weight with reproductive capacity to certain extent,which proved that the earthworm could feed and decompose the livestock manure whose different humidity had great effects on feeding and decomposition of earthworm.Maintenance of proper humidity could meet the needs of earthworm for temperature to feed and decompose the livestock manure.While feeding and decomposing,earthworm not only consumed the livestock manure,but also got the nutrition for its growth.At the same time,earthworm discharged the manure with good physical,chemical and biological properties.
