摘　　要：西藏藏木水电站是一座建设在高原上的水利工程,电站装有多台门式启闭机,其中2×250kN单向门机是用来操作尾水检修闸门的高扬程、双吊点启闭设备,文章详细叙述了该门机的设计情况,介绍了在高海拔使用条件下启闭机的特点。Zangmu hydropower station is located on Tibet Plateau, which is equipped with several gantry hoists, in-cluding a 2×250kN one-way gantry hoist with double-lifting-point and high-lift for operating tailwater bulkhead gate. The paper makes a detailed introduction to the design of the gantry hoist and the characteristics of hoists in high altitude area.
