摘  要:为了提高故障电流限制器(FCL)在中压系统中的性能,提出基于短路电流早期检测的故障限流技术。在建立中压配电短路故障仿真模型的基础上,提出利用Mallat多尺度分辨小波变换实现短路电流早期检测。以中压动态模拟系统为对象,验证了中压短路电流早期检测的有效性。以串联谐振型FCL为例,分析对比了基于常规短路判据与早期检测的故障限流效果;以断路器分断苛刻度为指标,分析早期短路检测对故障分断能力的影响。仿真分析表明,基于短路电流早期检测的故障限流技术性能良好。A fault current limiting technology based on early short circuit detection is proposed to improve the performance of FCL(Fauh Current Limiter) for mid-voltage system. A fault simulation model of mid-vohage power distribution system is built and the Mallat multi-scale wavelet transform is applied to realize the early short circuit detection. Its effectiveness is verified by taking the mid-voltage dynamic simulation system as the object. With the series resonant FCL as an example,the short circuit current limiting effect is compared between the conventional and the proposed short circuit detection methods. With the breaking severity of circuit breaker as an indicator,the influence of early short circuit detection on the breaking capability is analyzed and the simulative results show its better breaking performance.
