摘 要:为了提高产品的设计效率和自主创新开发能力,在剖析了卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机的主要结构和工作原理基础上,提出了基于混合推理的模块化产品变型设计技术。将基于规则推理和基于实例推理技术集成于混合推理机制并应用到产品的整个开发周期中,采用模块化技术将卧螺离心机产品层级模块化,整合设计领域的专家经验和专业知识集成于一套完备、智能的专家系统,开发了卧螺离心机产品变型设计系统。最后,应用实例验证了系统的规范化和智能化。In order to improve the design efficiency of the product and the independent innovation ability of development, variant design technology of modular product based on hybrid reasoning was proposed on the basis of the analysis of main structure and working principle of the horizontal screw decanter. Variant design system of the horizontal screw decanter was developed based on that hybrid reasoning mechanism integrated with rule-based and case-based reasoning and applied to the entire product development cycle, and module division of thehorizontal screw decanter hierarchically adopting modularity, and a set of complete and intelligent expert system integrated with the integration of expertise in the design field and professional knowledge. Finally, the standardization and intelligent of system are verified by the example.
