摘  要:以稻壳生物炭为载体,将硝化菌固定在稻壳生物炭上,考察氨氮浓度、pH和温度对氨氮去除影响的基础上,研究了固定化硝化菌剂对氨氮的去除效果。结果表明,将硝化菌固定在生物炭上,既保留了生物炭对水体中氨氮的吸附性能,又可以充分发挥微生物的高效降解作用。常温条件下,对于初始氨氮浓度≤300mg/L的水样,调节水样pH为7.5,控制水样溶解氧浓度为1.5mg/L左右,稻壳生物炭固定化硝化菌剂对氨氮去除率可达85%。To investigate the removal of ammonia nitrogen by microorganism immobilized on rice hull-derived biochar,nitrifying bacteria was immobilized on rice hull-derived biochar to remove ammonia nitrogen.The effects of various parameters such as initial ammonia nitrogen concentration,pH,and temperature were studied.The results showed that parameters such as initial ammonia nitrogen concentration,pH and temperature affect the removal of ammonia nitrogen.Under normal conditions,when the pH of the water samples with initial ammonia concentration ≤ 300 mg/L was adjusted to 7.5 and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in water samples was controlled to 1.5 mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate can be up to 85% by the rice hull-derived biochar immobilized nitrifying bacteria.
