摘  要:基于强风化花岗岩具有遇水崩解软化的特性,从崩解土质在管线中运移规律以及土质颗粒分布、颗粒形状、圆度、硬度等方面,对管线输送物料过程中的磨损量进行分析评价。依据管线断面不同位置磨损量大小,提出管道底部磨损量大的主要原因是受到粒径在0.25-5 mm砾砂和粒径大于5 mm的花岗岩残块的摩擦、冲击和切削管道壁面作用所致,探讨了管道磨损规律。Based on the characteristics of strong weathered granite, i. e. disintegrating and softening when contacting with water, we will appraise the pipeline' s wear loss in the process of material' s conveying from the migration, soil particle size distribution, particle shape, roundness, hardness, etc. According to the wear loss of pipeline section's different position, we know that the large wear at the bottom of the pipe is due to the friction, impacting and cutting on the pipe wall from the gravel sand of 0. 25 - 5 mm particle size and granite residual block with the particle size of greater than 5 mm. This paper discusses the pipeline's wearing rule.
