城市配送体系构建的理论框架——以福州市为例

摘　　要：城市配送体系是保障和改善民生的重要内容,是优化交通资源配置的有效举措,对于提升城市配送效率,保障城市物流系统正常运行,改善城市环境等都具有重要意义。文章分析了商业模式和生产模式变迁对城市配送体系构建的影响,提出城市配送体系构建的基本理论框架,指出城市配送节点建设、城市配送通道优化及城市配送企业培育是城市配送体系构建的核心内容,并以福州市为例,提出福州市城市配送体系的构建方案。The urban distribution system is important to improve the livelihood and optimize the allocation of transportation resources. The urban distribution system is also very important to improve the efficiency of urban distribution,protect the running of urban logistics system and improve the urban environment. Based on the previous studies,the paper analyses the influences of the changes of business and production models on urban distribution system,and proposes the theoretical framework for building urban distribution system. The paper argues that the core content of the urban distribution system is constructing urban distribution node,optimizing urban distribution channel and breeding urban distribution enterprises. At last,the paper proposes building programs for the urban distribution system of Fuzhou.
