摘　　要：网络信息技术影响着消费者的购物成本,降低了买卖双方获取或发布信息的成本。构造一个基本模型,从零售市场出发,然后利用模型对零售商规模、IT投资与市场均衡进行研究,最后考虑零售商的规模效应,并结合现实进行研究,对经济行为进行实时的统计、分析,借此做出总结,预测未来以及做出精确的决策。Network information technology affects the consumer＇s shopping costs, meanwhile reduces the cost of getting and releasing information. Constructing a basic model starting from the retail market, and then using the model to analyze the scale of retailers, IT investments and market equilibrium. Finally taking the scale effect of the retailer into account and combining with the reality, what is more, Statisticing and analyzing of the real-time economic behavior. In addition, making a summary predicting the future, and making accurate decisions from that.
