摘　　要：虚概念的问题是逻辑学界长期存在争论的问题,其争论主要有这样几个方面:什么是虚概念?虚概念与假概念有必然关系吗?虚概念有没有外延?对于这些问题,在我国现行的形式逻辑教材里以及逻辑学界存在着许多不同的看法,有些甚至针锋相对。然而,正确理解这些问题,是我们学习逻辑学的基础,对我们正确理解和使用概念进行判断和推理具有重要意义。The problem of false concept is a long-standing debate. The debate mainly includes such aspects, what is a false concept？ false concept is true or false？ does false concept have extension？ For these problems, there are many different views in some logic teaching materials and the field of logic, some even tit-for-tat. A correct understanding of these problems, however, is the foundation of our learning logic, to correctly understand and use our concept to judgment and reasoning is of great significance, this paper is to discuss these issues again.
