阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对原发性高血压血压变异性的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者血压变异性的影响。方法筛选90例符合入组标准的原发性高血压患者,将其分为观察组45例和对照组45例,两组均给予氨氯地平5 mg/d进行治疗,观察组则在此基础上加服阿托伐他汀20 mg/d。治疗6个月以后,对其治疗前后血压、血脂指标进行比较分析,并用动态血压记录仪进行24 h动态血压监测,比较两组治疗前后血压平均值和血压变异性的变化并进行分析。结果观察组的舒张压和收缩压较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组的血总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白等指标明显降低,血脂显著降低(P<0.05);观察组动态血压平均值和血压变异性与治疗前比较均显著下降,动态血压平均值和血压变异性指标,较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合苯磺酸氨氯地平可有效协同降压及调节血脂,并可显著降低原发性高血压患者的血压变异性,对原发性高血压患者的治疗有显著作用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with amlodipine on variability of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension. METHODS： 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria of patients with essential hypertension were divid- ed into observation group and control group with 45 patients in each group according to the random number table. Both of the two groups were given amlodipine 5mg/d for treatment and the observation group was given atorvastatin 20 mg/d in addition. After 6 months of treatment, making comparison of their blood pressure, serum lipids and use Ambulatory Blood Pressure Recorder to com- pare the mean blood pressure and blood pressure variability before and after the treatment. Results： The diastolic and systolic blood pressure decreased significantly compared with before treatment（P〈0.05） and serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipo- protein blood lipids and other indicators of the observation group decreased significantly（P〈0.05） . And mean ambulatory blood pres- sure and blood pressure variability of the observation group decreased significantly than before treatment. And the mean ambulatory blood pressure and blood pressure variability index were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05） . Conclusions： Atorvas- tatin combined with amlodipine could effectively coordinated in the treatment of patients with high blood pressure, regulate blood lip- ids, and significantly reduced blood pressure variability and was significantly effective in the treatment of patients with essential hy- pertension.
