摘 要:针对植棉费工、费时等问题,研究了‘皖杂棉11号’轻简化栽培技术,旨在为其进一步推广和应用提供技术支持。根据‘皖杂棉11号’的品种特性,结合安徽省沿江及江淮棉区的生态气候条件,在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,对该品种的高产栽培技术进行了探索、改进与提高,提出了转基因抗虫杂交棉‘皖杂棉11号’轻简化栽培技术规程。该轻简化栽培技术规程规定了‘皖杂棉11号’的适宜产地、种植制度、育苗移栽、施肥、病虫草害防控、化学调控、防灾减灾、整枝、打顶、收花等技术要求,提供了轻简化育苗移栽技术、棉花专用配方缓释肥技术、病虫害综合防治技术、化学除草技术、机器辅助采棉技术等轻简化栽培技术。该规程符合节本、省工、高产、高效和环保的农业发展方向,对于指导棉花生产具有重要意义。In order to solve some problems in cotton production, such as labor too much, high labor intensity, cultivation technique of complex etc, the simplified cultivation techniques of 'Wanzamian 11' were studied, which can provide technical support for the further popularization and application of ' Wanzamian 11'. On the basis of previous research results, the technical specification of simplified and labor saving cultivation of insect resistant transgenic cotton cross 'Wanzamian 11' was formulated, according to the characteristics of 'Wanzamian 11' and the ecological and climatic conditions in areas along the Yangtze River and Huaihe River in Anhui Province, through continuous exploring, improving and enhancing in recent years. Some technical requirements were set in this technical specification, such as suitable planting area, planting system, seedlings and transplanting, fertilizing, insect disease prevention, chemical regulation of growth regulators, disaster prevention and mitigation, pruning, topping, and harvesting. And some cultivation technologies of simplified and labor saving were provided, including seedling and transplanting technologies of simplified and labor saving, the technology of slow release fertilizer special for cotton, technologies of integrated pest management, chemical weeding techniques, cotton picked technologies with machine assisted etc. The technical specification is consistent with the development of modern agriculture, which aims to reduce costs and save labor, high yield, high efficiency and environmental protection. The technical specification has important implications for guiding cotton production.
