摘　　要：针对某自然吸气汽油发动机在开发试验过程中出现的进气门断裂问题,进行了故障原因分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。最后通过试验验证,证明了解决措施的有效性。解决问题过程中应用的配气机构动力学仿真分析方法,对发动机设计开发具有很强的实用性和指导性。For the problem of valve fracture occurred during engine high speed durability test of a natural aspiration engine, the solution is found after investigation to the failure. Test passed after implementation of solution. Methods of kinetics simulation analysis on valve train has a strong practical and instructive to design and develooment of the engine.
