摘 要:随着国内与俄罗斯及中亚等国能源合作的深入,高纬度(高寒)地区的管道施工技术越来越被人们所重视,统计资料显示高寒地区防腐保温管道现场补口技术是影响管道安全运行关键技术之一。针对高寒地区防腐保温管道现场补口技术难题,在材料的选择、现场补口机具的研制及现场补口工艺的试验研究等方面做了大量的研究试验工作,在多个方案中进行优化筛选,最终选出最优方案并成功应用于中哈、漠大等管线部分标段的现场补口,跟踪测试各项指标达到设计要求,取得了良好效果。With the development of cooperation in energy industry between China, Russia and countries in middle Asia, the construction technologies for the pipelines in high latitude (cold) area attract increasing attention. The statistics information shows that field joint technology of the anti - corrosion and thermal insulation pipelines in very cold region is one of the key technologies affecting the safe operation of pipelines. To solve the technical problem, a great number of experiments and research activities have been performed in material selection, the development of field joint equipment and development of field joint technology, etc. Many technologies are compared. The optimum technologies are finally selected and have been successfully applied in Khazakstan--China pipeline and Moda pipelines. All operating parameters of pipelines meet the design specifications and good results have been achieved.
