摘  要:空调负荷作为温控负荷的一种,具有能量转化及储存特性,该特性使空调成为最具需求响应潜力的负荷。通过对空调负荷的合理控制,可在不影响或少影响用户舒适度的前提下,使用较低成本达到降低峰荷,缓解供需矛盾。为此,针对参数相同或相近的空调集群,利用等效热参数模型分析传统温度调节方法造成聚合负荷波动的机理,提出一种改进的温度调节方法,该方法对空调集群中的单独个体进行设定温度上、下限的分离控制,有效克服传统温度调节方法造成聚合负荷波动的现象。同时设计了基于上述调节方法的调度决策模型。通过算例分析增/减负荷方案限制、聚合小组数目限制、调度决策目标大小对调度结果的影响,证明调度决策模型的可行性,为空调负荷参与系统运行提供方法支持。As a kind of thermostatically controlled loads (TCLs), air-conditioning loads have the ability to store and transfer energy. The ability makes air-conditioning the most potential loads in demand response. By controlling airconditioning loads, the purpose of reducing peaks at lower cost and achieving balance between supply and demand can reach without affecting users comfort. Aiming at the air-conditioners with similar parameters, this paper analyzed the mechanism of load oscillations caused by traditional temperature adjusting method on the basis of equivalent thermal parameters model (ETP model) and proposed a new temperature adjusting method to avoid load oscillations by separately controlling top and bottom limitations of temperature setpoint. Then the load dispatch decision model was designed accordingly. The analysis of the influence of dispatch plan, aggregate group and dispatch target on scheduling results based on examples proves the feasibility of the model which can provide a method to integrate air-conditioning loads into power system operation.
