摘 要:大型履带起重机作业时履带对地压强大,为满足地基承载力要求,使用路基箱进行荷载分配;由于路基箱的形变、翘起、土体的非线性以及路基箱与土体之间的相互作用等因素,通过路基箱传递到地基上的荷载不是均匀分布,而且履带、路基箱以及土体的参数发生改变时也会影响路基箱的分担效果。运用有限元平台ABAQUS对路基箱的分担效果及其影响因素进行模拟分析,得出单块路基箱以及多块路基箱共同使用时的分担效果。Compared with the ordinary bearing capacity of foundation, when the large crawler crane works, the pressure passed by pedrail is too large to meet the requirements of bearing capacity of foundation, the welded grillage slabs turn to be an indispensable accessory to distribute load. Due to the factor of the welded grillage slabs/ deformation,tilt, nonlinearity of the soil and interaction between the welded grillage slabs and foundation, the load distributed by the welded grillage slabs is uneven. The change of the parameters will influence the sharing results. In this thesis, the software ABAQUS is used to simulate the sharing results of the welded grillage slabs and its influencing factors,and find the best sharing results of the welded grillage slabs.
