摘　　要：目的应用尘肺病生存质量专用量表评估接受肺灌洗的尘肺患者生存质量及其影响因素。方法以新编制的尘肺病生存质量专用量表为工具,对确诊的接受肺灌洗治疗的80例尘肺患者进行测试,分析尘肺患者的生存质量及其影响因素。结果尘肺患者的生存质量与尘肺的期别和肺功能指标FEV1%有关,尘肺的期别越高,肺功能受损程度越大,生存质量越差;尘肺期别、临床症状、FEV1%3个指标与生存质量的相关系数大于各指标间的相关系数,生存质量能够较好地反映尘肺的病情;量表的4个维度中,心理状况对生存质量贡献最大,症状的贡献最小。结论尘肺病生活质量量表用于尘肺病生活质量的临床测量,可以反映尘肺病患者的生存质量及病情变化,改善心理状态是提高尘肺患者生存质量的重要措施。Objective To determine the quality of life（QOL）of pneumoconiosis patients treated with lung lavage and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using a new QOL scale for pneumoconiosis patients as tool,80 pneumoconiosis patients who were treated with lung lavage were chosen to investigate the QOL in 2013.Results The QOL was decreased generally in the patients with pneumoconiosis,especially in the patients with the stages III pneumoconiosis.The multivariate analysis showed that the main influencing factors of the QOL were the stage of diagnosis and FEV1%,and the scores of QOL were positively correlated with the stage of diagnosis and were negatively correlated with FEV1%.The correlation coefficients of the QOL with the stage of diagnosis,FEV1%,and clinical symptoms were larger than the correlation coefficients between the stage of diagnosis and FEV1%,the stage of diagnosis and clinical symptoms,and between FEV1% and clinical symptoms.In four dimensions of the scale,the score of psychological condition was the largest.Conclusion The quality of life scale for pneumoconiosis patients can be used as quality of life measuring tool in the clinical,it is important to provide psychological therapy to improve the QOL of pneumoconiosis patients.
