护理干预在预防泌尿外科腔镜手术患者术中低体温的研究

摘　　要：目的研究护理干预在预防泌尿外科腔镜手术患者术中低体温的临床效果。方法选取2012年8月—2013年8月行泌尿外科腔镜手术的患者86例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。给予对照组患者常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上再实施保温护理等护理干预,比较二组患者手术过程中的体温变化及手术情况。结果二组患者手术之前体温差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相比于术前,二组患者在术中及术后的体温均存在明显下降(P<0.01),但观察组患者体温的变化幅度明显小于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者术中失血量、术后并发症的发生、切口的感染程度、住院时间以及输血等情况明显优于对照组,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在对泌尿外科患者实施腔镜手术的过程当中给予患者护理干预有着良好的临床效果,有效缓解了患者围术期低体温及寒战情况。Objective To study the clinical effects of nursing intervention in the prevention of hypothermia for patients undergoing urological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Totally 86 cases patients with urological laparoscopic surgery from August 2012 to August 2013 in author＇s hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 43 cases.Routine care was given to patients in the control group,patients in the observation group were given a special nursing based on the routine care,such as nursing intervention.The changes in body temperature during surgery and surgical conditions were compared between the two groups.Results The body temperature before surgery in the two groups of patients was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Patients in two groups were present decreased significantly in the intraoperative and postoperative hypothermia（P〈0.01）,but the temperature of the observation group were change much smaller than the control group（P〈0.01）.The patients of observation group in blood loss,postoperative complications,the degree of incision infection,hospitalization and blood transfusions were much better than the control group,significant differences were existed between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion In the process of the implementation of laparoscopic surgery,the patients undergoing nursing intervention have good clinical results,which can effectively alleviate the preoperative hypothermia and shivering conditions.
