我国政产学研协同创新模式的探索

摘　　要：现有的政产学研协作模式已出现种种弊端,越来越不利于目前我国政产学研合作的开展。为了加快政产学研协同创新模式的诞生和发展,文章运用政产学研协同理论,在模型设计、目标定位、理念革新、体制机制等方面对政产学研协同创新模式进行了探索和设想,以期能够为加快政府、科研机构(高校)、企业等实现政产学研合作提供参考。There are all sorts of defects in current government-production-education-research collaboration, which is no longer favor to realize the cooperation among these four departments. To speed up the emergence and development of new collaborative innovation model among government, production, education and research units, using the collaborative theory, new collaborative innovation model was explored and designed in the paper from such aspects as the overall model design, positioning, concept innovation, institutions and mechanisms and others. This will provide references for speeding up the realization of government-production-education-research cooperation for government and research institutions （colleges and universities）, and enterprises.
