浅析地市级农科院所实物档案陈列室建设——以南充市农业科学院为例

摘　　要：建立实物档案陈列室是档案工作发展的现实需要,是档案管理从封闭型、半封闭型向开放型转变的重要举措。文章以南充市农业科学院为例,阐述了地市级农科院所实物档案陈列室建设的主要内容、作用、现状和存在的问题,并就完善实物档案陈列室建设提出了提升建室标准、处理好建设和管理的关系、深挖陈列室潜在价值等建议,以期为相关管理人员提供启示和参考。Establishing a physical archives showroom is the practical need in the development of archives work, it is an important measure which make the archives management change from the closed or semi-closed type to an open type. Taking Nanchong Academy of Agricultural Sciences for an example, the main content, function, current situation and existed problems of construction of the municipal academy of agricultural sciences′physical archives showroom were expounded in the paper. In order to offer some enlightenments and references to related management person, some suggestions for improving the construction were put forward, such as raising the showroom′s standard, handling the relationship between the construction and management properly, digging the potential value of the showroom, etc.
