摘　　要：通过对广州蓄能水电厂A、B厂计算机监控系统上位机的改造和研究,分别从系统功能、备品备件、上下位机通讯技术、电网效益、投资等多角度对蓄能电厂计算机监控系统改造策略的核心思想及关键技术进行了论述,实践中提出的观点可供国内各种类型水利发电厂的计算机监控系统的改造借鉴参考。In view of the innovation and study of host computers in the Plant A and B of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station, the core ideas and key technologies of upgrade strategies of the Computer Supervision Control System （CSCS） in pumped storage power station are illustrated from the aspects of system funetions, spare parts, communication techniques between upper computers and lower machines, power grid benefits and investments. The views proposed herein have a reference to the upgrade of CSCS in other domestic hydroelectric power stations.
