宋代军队经营活动述评

摘　　要：处于变革转型期的宋代是中国封建社会十分重要而又颇具特色的历史时期,也是中国封建社会历史上首个军队经营营利活动最为严重的时期。回易与营运是其基本形式。终宋一代,军队经营活动不断,主要有三个高峰时期。军队经营活动历久不衰、禁而不止的原因是复杂和多方面的,除社会因素外,与封建制度、宋廷政策态度、养兵政策等息息相关。军队从事各种营利性经营活动,虽然一定程度上可缓解军费拮据,起到过"赡军"作用,但总的看,对军队建设、战斗力的负面作用与影响重大。The song dynasty,an important yet distinctive historical period in history witnessed the first severe army business activity throughout feudal society.Trade and operation were the two basic forms of army＇s business activities.The activities continued unceasingly,forming three climaxes in the song Dynasty.The reasons for their existence are complicated and multifaceted.Besides the social factors,it is closely related with the feudal system,the attitudes of the Song Governments toward their policies and the army-raising policy of the Song Dynasty.Although troops involvement in all kinds of profit-making business activities can help release the burden of the military expenditure deficiency to some extent,it affects military construction makes an negative impact on combat effectiveness.
