摘 要:苎麻是我国特有的纤维原料,其织物具有优良的服用性能和环保性能,产品倍受国际市场的青睐。苎麻纱线的毛羽问题一直是影响织造效率的顽疾。文章从论述苎麻纤维的特点入手,在理论上系统、全面地分析了纱线在机织加工全过程中产生再生毛羽的机理,指出络筒是再生毛羽的根源和重点。并提出了工艺优化、设备改造、保全保养等方面的具体防治对策与措施,核心是改善纱线在各工序加工过程中的摩擦,络筒与浆纱是控制和减少过程毛羽的关键工序。Ramie is a specific raw material of fiber in China and its fabrics have excellent wearability and environmental performance.Its products are very popular in the international market.Hairiness problem of ramie yarn is always a barrier influencing weaving efficiency.This paper starts from the discussion on characteristics of ramie fiber,analyzes the mechanism of producing regenerative hairiness in the whole process of weaving and processing of yarn in theory systematically and comprehensively,points out that spooling is the source and key of regenerative hairiness and proposes specific prevention countermeasures and measures in process optimization,equipment transformation and upkeep.The core is to improve friction of yarns in the manufacturing process of each procedure.Spooling and sizing are key procedures for controlling and reducing hairiness in the process.
