摘  要:脊髓损伤是一种致残率高、后果较为严重的疾病。根据损伤的程度以及损伤平面,采取有针对性的康复措施能有效改善患者感觉、运动功能,进而提高生活质量。本文通过简单介绍各个时期对应的康复训练内容,总结出减轻继发性损伤、改善再生微环境、促进内源性神经干细胞的增殖分化和诱导机体可塑性是康复训练发挥疗效的潜在生物学机制。Spinal cord injury is a kind of disease with high disability rate and poor prognosis. According to the degree of injury and damage plane, adopting appropriate rehabilitation measures can effectively enhance the patient's sensory and motor function, and ultimately improve the quality of life. This article briefly introduced the content of rehabilitation training corresponding with various periods, and summarized that relieving the secondary injury, improving the regenerative microenvironment, promoting proliferation and differentiation of endogenous neural stem cells differentiation and inducing plasticity were the biological mechanisms underlying the effect of rehabilitation training.
