摘  要:建立HPLC法测定麻杏石甘散中苦杏仁苷含量的方法。色谱柱为Waters XBrigeTM C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以水-甲醇-乙腈(90.0∶1.0∶9.0)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:40℃;检测波长:207 nm。苦杏仁苷的线性范围为1.600 8×104-8.004×104μg,R2=1.000 0,平均回收率为97.26%(RSD为0.4%)。本方法快速、简便、准确,能有效测定麻杏石甘散中苦杏仁苷的含量。To establish an HPLC method for determination of amygdalin in Ma Xing Shi Gan powder. The amygdalin was analyzed on an XBrigeTM C,s column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) using ultrapure water - methanol - acetonitrite (90.0:1.0:9.0) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 207 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.600 8×10-4-8,004×104 μg (R2=1.000 0) for amygdalin. The recovery of amygdalin was 97.26% with RSD of 0.4%. This method is rapid, simple and accurate, which can be used for the determination of amygdalin in Ma Xing Shi Gan powder.
