中药冲剂对热应激肉鸡受损细胞修复及抗氧化作用研究

摘　　要：为研究复方中药冲剂对热应激肉鸡受损肝细胞的修复效果及抗氧化作用,将120只18日龄健康AA+肉仔鸡随机分为4组,即中药复方组、维生素组、中药冲剂组和高温对照组,每组30只,每组设3个重复,人工制造慢性热应激病理模型。试验结束后每组迅速随机宰杀3只鸡,收集血液和肝脏组织进行检测。结果显示,中药复方组和中药冲剂组肉鸡受损肝细胞可得到有效修复,两组SOD生成量极显著高于维生素组和高温对照组(P<0.01),MDA生成量显著低于维生素组和高温对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。说明该中药冲剂对热应激肉鸡受损肝细胞有一定的修复作用,可通过提高SOD生成及减少过氧化产物MDA的数量来提高机体细胞热耐受水平和抗氧化功能,达到保护机体和细胞的作用。To study the cell repair and antioxidant effec, t of Chinese herbal Compound infusion on thermal stress damaged broilers; 120 healthy AA＋ broilers at 18-day-old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 30 ones and 3 replicate in each group, then chronic heat stress models were established. FinMlv, three chickens in each group were killed for collection of blood and liver tissue samples for testing. The results showed that compared with the vitamin group and the control group, the level of SOD in group I （treated with Chinese herbal compound and vitamin ） and group II （only treated with Chinese herbal compound） was significantly increased （P〈0.01）, while the level of MDA in the two groups was significantly decreased （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. It is concluded that Chinese herbal compound infusion could repair liver cells of chickens damaged by thermal stress, improve the heat tolerance level and antioxidant function of the body cells, so as to protect the body from stress and peroxidation.
